Oboé Som da Barrica is an intense and opulent red wine from the Douro Region. Of austere and sharped tannins, it's wonderfully balanced between ripe black fruit aromas, freshness, and persistence. It presents several aromas of plums, blackberries, blueberries and figs so well integrated into the balsamic notes, moist soil scents and its wonderful acidity.

Oboé Som da Barrica is a red wine, produced from the best's indigenous red grapes from the Douro region, and only in the years which the grapes achieve high-quality levels. After a long maceration of 28 days, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, the wine has been transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 20 months prior to being bottled.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca, Bastardo, Touriga Franca, Alfrocheiro, Sousão Tinta Amarela.
Tasting Notes:
Oboé Som da Barrica is a complex red wine from the Douro region, that features an extraordinary elegance, a perfect balance between ripe black fruit aromas, freshness, and persistence. Of an aromatic bouquet full, dominate the aromas of ripe black plum, notes of gooseberries and figs in perfect harmony with subtle notes of wood of great quality and a very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Segredos de São Miguel is a red wine from the Alentejo wine region that is elegant, fresh and aromatically very harmonious. It presents intense aromas of red fruits and wild berries, with delicate balsamic and floral notes, along with very soft acidity.
Quinta Vale Dona Maria Rufo is an intensely aromatic, elegant red wine with polished tannins from the Douro region. A wine with a fruity and dry character, with intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as berries, redcurrants, and blueberries, combining an extraordinary concentration of sugars with a wonderful acidity.
Cistus Grande Reserva is a red wine of enormous complexity and intensity, with rich aromas of ripe black fruits, coconut, dark chocolate, and pepper. In the mouth is a full body wine, medium acidity balanced with present tannins and a long finish.
Quinta da Pedra Escrita is an intense and very fresh red wine with notes of black and red fruits. In the mouth, it's very refreshing with present tannins and balanced acidity.
Pegos Claros Reserva is a red wine that reveals itself extremely complexity, with well-marked black fruits aromas in its aromatic bouquet, balsamic notes, and spices. It is a complex red wine with good acidity and very elegant structure.
Trilho em Pormenor can be characterized by a Douro's red wine full of freshness and minerality together with extraordinary ripe dark fruit aromas wrapped in balsamic scents. It is dominated by flavours of forest black fruits and austere and dense tannins, seasoned by good hints of wood and very elegant acidity.
