Segredos de São Miguel is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, and Aragonez planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, 50% of the batch was transferred to used oak barrels, where it stayed, for 4 months prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Segredos de São Miguel is an elegant, fresh and aromatic red wine that displays aromas of red fruits and wild berries, such as cherries and blackberries, along with floral notes and a balsamic touch. It is a wine that presents soft tannins and acidity very well integrated into the aromatic core.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
Cortes de Cima Touriga Nacional is a structured and solid red wine from Alentejo. It has full of rich, ripe black fruits. It is rounded with succulent tannins and a strong mineral acidity.
Fanfanito is an elegant, structured and intensely aromatic red wine from the Douro wine region. It presents a closed ruby color, intense and clear notes to ripe red fruits, predominating aromas of black cherry, plum, and blackberry, along very polished and vigorous tannins and extremely polished acidity.
Pape is an imposing and rich red wine from the Dão wine region. It presents a bright dark color, intense and concentrated aromas of ripe black fruits, fragrances of violet, and balsamic aromas. It is a full-bodied red wine with a velvety texture, firm and solid tannins, and very balanced acidity.
Herdade do Peso Ícone is a very complex and aromatic red wine, with notes of black fruit, blackberry, tobacco leaves, and menthol. It has an excellent structure, present but silky tannins, and remarkable acidity. The ending is very long and complex.
Coutada Velha Barrel Nº2 is a red wine that presents complex aromas of ripe red fruits, with balsamic notes, and round and fruity tannins. In the nose, it expresses aromas of plum and cherry with delicate notes of vanilla and spices along with very balanced acidity.
São Domingos Reserva is an elegant, intense and aromatic wine from the Bairrada region. It's marked by floral aromas and ripe red fruits, it features subtle nuances of wood and vanilla along with a well-defined and fantastic acidity.
