Winemaking:
Lua Cheia em Vinhas Velhas Album is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah, Aragonez, and Alicante Bouschet from the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process, in stainless steel tanks, the wine is macerated for a short period of time and remains in stainless steel tanks for 9 months before being bottled.
