Costa Boal Field Blend is a red wine from the Douro wine region that is markedly fruity, presenting expressive red fruit notes, along with delicate notes of cistus and vanilla. It is a clean, fresh red wine, with fruity tannins and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Costa Boal Field Blend is a red wine produced from red grapes of Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Touriga Franca, and Touriga Nacional, all autochthonous varieties from the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated with the skins prior to being transferred to stainless steel vats where the fermentation process took place. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it was subjected to regular stirring for 6 months prior to being bottled.

Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Costa Boal Field Blend is a lively and aromatically expressive red wine. It presents clean notes of red fruits, delicate balsamic aromas, lively and fruity tannins and engaging acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
