For the production of this red wine from the region of Dão, Conde de Santar Red Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to fermentation vats with controlled temperature with frequent reruns. The fermentation lasted for about 5 days along with a skin maceration. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 months until bottling where it remained 12 months until its commercialization.

Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinto Cão.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Talha de Argilla is a rich and elegant red wine from the Alentejo wine region, with complex aromas and mineral character. It has a medium body, wide open aromas of ripe black fruits seasoned by spices, such as black pepper, cinnamon and chocolate notes and ends in a very balanced acidity.
Almotriga Colheita is a very elegant, delicate and medium-bodied red wine from the Douro region. It features notes of ripe red fruits, woody nuances, a subtle vanilla perfume and minerals notes such as rock and moist soil along with a balanced acidity.
Chryseia 2017 features a deep purple color with ruby tinges. With rich and complex aromas, it is dominated by the flavors of blackberries and ripe cherries along with remarkable balsamic and dark chocolate notes, huge tannins and soft acidity.
Light in colour, with shades of violet. Very fresh aromas with notes of spices and floral fragrances. Deep and complex, with an intense mineral profile. In the mouth, it is harmonious, with a good balance. The tannins are fine and delicate with a structure of medium and mineral freshness.
Fiuza 3 Castas expresses itself as an elegant and aromatic red wine from the wine region of Alentejo. It has an appealing violet ruby color, along with aromas of cherries and ripe black plums, spice perfumes and cocoa notes. Round and succulent tannins finish with a long and persistent finish.
100 Hectares is an elegant and fruity red wine from the Douro region, which presents balanced notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry, berries and cranberries, along with delicious notes of vanilla and spices. It also presents delicate floral notes, round tannins and well-defined acidity.
