For the production of this red wine from the region of Dão, Conde de Santar Red Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to fermentation vats with controlled temperature with frequent reruns. The fermentation lasted for about 5 days along with a skin maceration. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 months until bottling where it remained 12 months until its commercialization.

Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinto Cão.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Vale do Inferno Reserva is a very rich and complex red wine from the Douro region. It presents a very expressive aromatic bouquet, where notes of black and red fruit and flowers predominate, in addition to a polished and very incisive acidity, high quality tannins and a long and serious finish.
Taboadella Touriga Nacional Reserva is an exuberant, aromatic and velvety red wine from the Dão wine region. It presents aromas of ripe black fruits, highlighted, clean and pure, along with balsamic notes, spices, and floral fragrances. It presents dense and silky tannins, fruity and mineral structure, and very balanced acidity.
Ruby color. Aromas ripe red fruit with notes to light toast and chocolate. Tannins firm and ripe, round body, finishing long with notes of spices.
Tapada do Chaves Reserva is a full-bodied red wine from Alentejo. His dark garnet colour reveals high concentrated red fruits that stand out all it's complex aromas of wild berries red and black, with a presence in the wood where it aged. It has a very good balance between the round and soft tannins and a lingering freshness in the end.
Reguengos Garrafeira dos Sócios is a red wine from the Alentejo region, with a crystalline appearance, purple violet color, intense and complex aromas of macerated red fruits, evolving into spices and full-bodied black fruit compote with soft tannins and elegant acidity.
Beyra is an elegant red wine with lively aromas of ripe red fruits that interact in a very mineral core, exuding all the freshness and metallic notes together with well-balanced acidity.
