Vale do Bomfim is a balanced, elegant and aromatic red wine. It is fresh and mineral, highlighting aromas of red fruits such as red plums and berries, balsamic nuances and delicate floral notes along with extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Vale do Bomfim is a red wine produced with red grapes of Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz planted in the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, 40% of the batch was transferred to used French oak barrels for 6 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vale do Bomfim is an elegant, fruity and fresh red wine. It displays aromas of ripe red fruits, such as red plums, raspberries and berries, along with delicate floral notes and balsamic hints. It has a mineral profile with silky tannins and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
