Cancellus Douro Premium is an elegant, harmonious and complex red wine. It displays intense notes of macerated red fruits, with balsamic aromas, in which notes of raspberries and cherries amplify its aromatic bouquet along with silky and fruity tannins. It presents mineral notes and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Cancellus Douro Premium is a red wine produced in the Douro wine region from indigenous varieties of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz from the region. The grapes were gently pressed, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to a French oak barrel, where it stayed for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Cancellus Douro Premium is a red wine that has a broad and fruity aromatic bouquet. It displays notes of macerated red fruits, along with delicate floral aromas and balsamic notes. It is a very elegant, mineral red wine that ends with good acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
