Fafide Reserva is a red wine from the Douro region that presents a very elegant aroma of red berries and wild fruit. In the mouth it is very fresh and elegant, with balanced tannins and a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Fafide Reserva is a red wine produced from autochthones field blend red grape varieties from the Douro Region, predominantly of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tempranillo and Touriga Franca. After grapes fully de-stemmed the musts were submitted to a long maceration the fermentation in granitic stone tanks took place at a controlled temperature. The wine was then transferred to American oak barrels where it has stayed in contact with fine lees for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Fafide Reserva is a red wine from the renowned Douro wine producer, Rui Roboredo Madeira. It is a wine where aromas of red fruits, wild fruits, and plum abound. In the mouth is a fresh and elegant wine with excellent tannins that give a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.
