Messias Quinta do Cachao is a juicy red wine from the Douro Region. It has the austerity and the minerality of the Douro, with intense and ripe black fruit aromas. It's a red wine of great freshness and with a long and attractive finish.
Winemaking:
Messias Quinta do Cachao is a red wine from the Douro Region, produced with the classic's grapes of the region as Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Tinto Cão. The grapes are total destemmed, fermented in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature, and subject to a prolonged maceration. Part of the lot is aged in French and American oak wood.

Tasting Notes:
Messias Quinta do Cachao shows minerality and robustness in its tannins, as any other great red wine from the Douro, with lots of mature black fruits. It's a red wine of great structure and freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
