Quinta Mendes Pereira Reserva Touriga Nacional is a mineral, fruity dry red wine from the region of Dão dominated by fresh hints alongside a powerful fruity aroma bouquet. It presents polish tannins, with notes of dry tobacco and moist soil ending with spicy hints and a delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Mendes Pereira Reserva Touriga Nacional, is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional of the Dão region. After the fermentation process, in stainless steel tanks, the wine has been subjected to a long period of maceration of 12 days, at cold. After the maceration process, the wine has been transferred to 2 year's used's French and American oak barrels, where it has remained for12 months. After this period the wine has been transferred for stainless steel vats where it has stayed 12 further months. In the end, the wine has been bottled and it has stayed 12 months into the bottle.

Quinta Mendes Pereira Reserva Touriga Nacional is an elegant and structured red wine from the Dão region dominated by intense ripe red fruit aromas, fragrances of dried tobacco leaves, spices notes, and wonderful balsamic perfume, alongside poised tannins and a wonderful acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
