This red wine from the Region of Dão, Vinha Paz Reserve, was harvested by hand and was trodden in granite wineries. The fermentation took place at controlled temperatures with prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins, in granite stone vats. Aged for 9 months in new French oak barrels for 8 months before bottling.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Cortes de Cima Amphora is a wonderful red wine from the Alentejo fermented in amphoras of pure clay, (traditional clay vessels not coated with varnish). It features fantastic aromas of ripe red fruit with earthy notes offering depth and complexity. It has juicy and round tannins, and it has a long and fresh finish.
Quinta do Crasto Reserva Vinhas Velhas features an impressive ruby colour. Its concentration and depth of flavour are remarkable. The wine is full of black fruits, dark plum skin, and firm tannins. As a complement to this fruitiness, the wine also has a spice character.
Julian Reynolds Grande Reserva is a robust, deeply dense red wine that features an intensely aromatic and complex bouquet from the Alentejo Region. Featuring a dark red colour, it's characterized by an intense and markedly juicy core, filled by full of aromas of wild black fruits, austere and imposing tannins, and very poised acidity.
Quinta da Gaivosa Vinha de Lordelo presents a deep color with varied notes of violet, eucalyptus, varnish and black plums. It presents depth, complexity, and freshness, being distinguished by its enormous elegance. It is a wine packed with fresh fruit, licorice, and spices, enveloping, dense, but with a remarkable harmony and balance.
Lenda de Dona Maria is an elegantly red wine from the Alentejo region, which expresses all its vigor with intense aromas of wild fruits, nuances of ripe black fruit. It features round tannins and very balanced acidity.
Quinta da Manoella Vinhas Velhas is an extremely elegant and velvety red wine from the Douro region. On the nose, it is a very expressive wine, with notes of dark chocolate, sweet fruit, and mineral touches. In the mouth, it presents firm but polished tannins, with an extraordinary acidity and a very long and fresh finish.
