Borges Reserva Ruby Port is a fresh ruby Port, intensely aromatic, with notes of black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and fresh peppermint and eucalyptus fragrances. It is an elegant Port wine with soft acidity.

Borges Reserva Ruby Port is a Port wine produced with autochthonous red grapes of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão, and Tinta Roriz from the Douro wine region. The wine was produced by the classical Porto wine method were the grapes that were foot trodden in granitic Lagares and the fermentation took place at controlled temperature with a pre-maceration. When the wort was reached the desired sweetness value, the fermentation was interrupted by the addition of brandy, and then the wine was aged in French oak barrels until bottled for an average period of 5 years.

Borges Reserva Ruby Port is a very delicate Ruby Port wine, with soft and juicy tannins, which presents a rich aromatic bouquet, highlighting the sweet black fruits, blackberries and plums, nuances of peppermint, vanilla and cinnamon and very acidity elegant.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serve temperature 8-10°C.
