For the production of this red wine from the region of Dão, Casa de Santar Red Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to fermentation vats with controlled temperature with frequent reruns. The fermentation lasted for about 5 days along with a skin maceration. The wine staged in stainless steel tanks until bottling where it remained 6 months until its commercialization.

Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro e Tinta Roriz.

Ruby color. Aromas ripe red fruit with notes to light toast and chocolate. Firm mature tannins, round long bodied body with notes of spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Pedra Cancela Reserva is an exuberant and highly aromatic red wine from the Dão wine region. Of closed purple colour, it presents fragrances to the Mediterranean forest, notes of rosemary and violet together with aromas of very ripe black fruit. With a velvety structure and full tannins, it ends in a very balanced acidity.
Quinta do Crasto Reserva Vinhas Velhas features an impressive ruby colour. Its concentration and depth of flavour are remarkable. The wine is full of black fruits, dark plum skin, and firm tannins. As a complement to this fruitiness, the wine also has a spice character.
Galharda is an elegant and fruity red wine from the Douro wine region. It features elegant notes of macerated black fruits, vanilla notes, spices, round tannins and mineral notes and ends in a very balanced acidity.
Vale Dona Maria VVV Valleys, is a red wine from the Douro region with an austere profile, imposing structure and vigorous aromas. Full of ripe black fruit aromas, it is a red wine of powerful and complex tannins, notes of excellent woods, dry and mineral character and with a dazzling acidity.
Quinta do Côtto Vinha do Dote is a structured, complex and powerful red wine from the Douro wine region, that comes from red grapes of a portion of Quinta do Côtto from old vines over 80 years old. It is a red wine of closed and imposing tannins, full of freshness, with lots of ripe red fruit aromas and great acidity.
Beyra Grande Reserva is the stereotype of an outstanding red wine of great quality, with enormous opulence in aromas and complexity in its structure. Loaded with intense aromas of ripe black fruits, it combines elegant balsamic notes with austere and vigorous tannins highlighting its intense minerality and extraordinary acidity.
