Winemaking:
Selection of grapes and harvest by hand. Destemming, gentle crushing, followed by a slight maceration of the musts with the grape's skins. Fermentation, after clarification, at controlled temperatures between 15ºC and 16ºC. The Wine maturated in stainless steel vats before bottling.
Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Moscatel Galego, Rabigato
Tasting Notes:
Colour with a bright straw hues. Aromas of tropical fruits and citrus fruits (lychees and passion fruit). Fresh and vibrant palate. Persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at a temperature between 10ºC-12ºC. Ready to drink.
