Soalheiro Sauvignon Blanc Alvarinho is a white wine of with great aromatic intensity from the Sauvignon Blanc variety and the complexity and minerality of the Alvarinho variety. It results in a very interesting balance between fragrances of ripe's whitebark fruits and a closed deep citrus scent.
Winemaking:
Soalheiro Sauvignon Blanc Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde Region with white grape varieties of Sauvignon Blanc and Alvarinho. The wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, and it has stayed for 6 months, in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to a regular stirring prior to being bottled.
