Ribeiro Santo Encruzado is a white wine produced with Encruzado autochthonous white grapes variety from the Dao region. After the pressing process, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in oak wood open tanks and it was subjected to an extended maceration. The wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it maturated and it was subjected to a regular stirring for 5 months prior to being bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
