José Piteira is a fresh, irreverent and very aromatic white wine from the Alentejo region. It presents citrus aromas and flavors of white fruits, predominating notes of ripe lime, pear and peach. It is an elegant, mineral white wine with a refreshing acidity.
Winemaking:
José Piteira is a white wine produced with white grapes of Roupeiro and Diagalves from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks, the wine has remained in contact with fine lees, for 8 months, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
José Piteira is an aromatic and fresh white wine, with aromas of citrus and whitebark fruit. It is a wine with an open, expressive bouquet, with delicate mineral notes and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
