Winemaking:
Maugenio Sarmentinho Branco is a white wine produced in the region of Bairrada with white grapes of Moscatel and Maria Gomes. The wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and has stayed for 6 months in stainless steel tanks prior to being added the carbonated gas and bottled.
