Quinta de Arcossó Arinto is a complex, enveloping, and structured white wine. It presents notes of orchard fruits with citrus nuances, balsamic aromas, and dried fruits. It is a gastronomic, dry, mineral white wine that ends with a very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta de Arcossó Arinto is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes of Arinto from the Trás-os-Montes wine region. The grapes were de-stemmed, and crushed. 80% was transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats where they were subjected to a bâtonnage and 20% was fermented at French oak, all at a controlled temperature for 25 days. The wine was aged for 30 months in the bottle.

Quinta de Arcossó Arinto is a vigorous, complex and very engaging white wine, with aromas of orchard fruits, such as green apple, and ripe pear, together with citrus nuances of lemon verbena and passion fruit. It presents balsamic aromas, notes of dried fruits, accentuated minerality and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
