Permitido is an extraordinary white wine produced from and exclusively from white varieties of Rabigato, from a vineyard in the Douro Superior planted 650 meters above sea level. It is extremely mineral, dry, potent in aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe citrus, and fantastic expression of fruit, very pure and incisive acidity.
Winemaking:
Permitido is a white wine produced exclusively with white grapes of Rabigato from vineyards planted of over 650 meters of altitude in the Douro demarcated region. After a short maceration period, the wine has fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine aged in stainless steel barrels, in contact of fine lees, where it has been subject to regular stirring prior to being bottled, after 8 months.

Permitido is a white wine produced in the Douro wine region from vineyards planted at an altitude of more than 650m. As a result, it presents itself as a white wine markedly mineral, firm, austere, with exceptional aromatic richness, highlighting very ripe citrus fruits and some tropical notes seasoned by abundance freshness and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
