Quanta Terra Grande Reserva Gold Edition is a white wine with a clear, crystalline straw yellow color. It presents intense aromas of orchard fruits and ripe citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and tangerine. It is velvety, with fantastic greasiness and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Quanta Terra Grande Reserva Gold Edition is a white wine produced with white grapes of Gouveio, Arinto, Donzelinho, and Boal from the Douro wine region. After a gentle crushed and a total destemming of the grapes, the musts were transferred to oak vats where it has occurred the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. Then the wine was transferred to new's French oak barrels, where the wine has stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, during 4 months of the 6 years that it has passed in French oak barrels, prior to being decanted, filtrated and bottled.

Quanta Terra Grande Reserva Gold Edition is a complex and velvety white wine with intense aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits. It is a full-bodied mineral white wine, full of balsamic notes, and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
