Borba Campus Vinhas Velhas is an elegant, fresh, and aromatically rich white wine. Exhibiting prominent citrus notes, it highlights aromas of orchard fruits such as apples, pears, and ripe peaches, tropical hints, balsamic nuances, and well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Borba Campus Vinhas Velhas is a white wine produced from white grape varieties of Roupeiro, Fernão Pires, and Arinto, from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it aged in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Borba Campus Vinhas Velhas is a white wine with predominantly citrus aromas and a very elegant mineral texture. It displays fresh notes, highlighting lime and lemon flavours, along with aromas of green apple, pear, balsamic nuances, and very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
