Rubrica Arinto is a young and vibrant white wine that displays a dry and fruity profile. It highlights aromas of ripe citrus, notes of tropical fruits and delicate floral fragrances along with delicious balsamic hints and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Rubrica Arinto is a white wine produced from white grape varieties of Arinto from the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process of some part of the batch overwent in new and used's French oak barrels and the remain part over stailess stell tanks at low and controlled temperatures, The wine aged in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Rubrica Arinto is an elegant white wine, aromatically delicate and with complex aromas. It displays a dry and fruity profile with aromas of ripe citrus fruits and tropical notes. It has a velvety texture with a slight unctuousness, balsamic touches of excellent quality and acidity very well integrated into its whole.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
