Cancellus Gouveio Premium is a full-bodied, velvety white wine with a tropical profile. It presents notes of tropical fruits along with citrus notes and floral nuances. It is an expressive, mineral white wine with very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Cancellus Gouveio Premium is a white wine produced from white grape varieties of Gouveio from the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it aged, in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months prior to being bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
