Tiara Niepoort Douro is a rich, complex, and very citrusy white wine. It presents delicate floral notes, citrus aromas highlighted between saline notes and balsamic aromas. It presents itself as a velvety wine, with intense freshness, present minerality and very well integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Tiara Niepoort is a white wine produced with white grape varieties of Códega do Larinho, Rabigato, Donzelinho, and Cercial of old vines from the Douro wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 4 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Tiara Niepoort Douro is a white wine that presents delicate floral notes, with citrus aromas predominant in its aromatic bouquet. It is a medium-bodied white wine with, a velvety core, fresh and mineral and ends with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
