Cadão is an elegant, fruity and fresh white wine from the Douro wine region with an open bouquet of aromas, with a predominance of orchard fruits, young and fresh citrus fruits, and bergamot aromas. It presents a soft and velvety texture, depth and minerality and crunchy citric acidity.
Winemaking:
Cadão is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes from the Douro wine region, such as Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio, and Moscatel Galego. The musts were macerated for a short period in contact with the skins at low temperatures. After the maceration process, the wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, the wine has stayed in stainless steel tanks where it has remained in contact with fine lees and subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio, Moscatel Galego.
Tasting Notes:
Cadão is a vibrant, fresh and citric white wine from the Douro wine region. It presents a velvety texture, notes of orchard fruit and whitebark, minerality and very soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
