Quinta Dos Castelares Chardonnay is a rich, fresh and aromatically fabulous white wine. It presents dominant notes of tropical fruit, banana and melon, which stand out among citrus nuances and balsamic aromas. It is a fresh, velvety white wine and ends with a very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Castelares Chardonnay is a white wine produced with white grape varieties of Chardonnay planted in Quinta dos Castelares in the Douro wine region. It is fermented only with natural yeasts in oak barrels. The wine aged for 6 months in oak barrels, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Quinta dos Castelares Chardonnay is an intensely aromatic and fruity white wine. With prominent aromas of tropical fruits, it displays aromas of banana and passion fruit, with citrus nuances and delicate floral. It is a fresh white wine, mineral bouquet and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
