Arquivo Douro is a fresh and mineral white wine that presents complex aromatic notes, showing notes of ripe citrus in its bouquet, floral nuances and aromas of tropical fruits. It is a white wine that displays a very balanced and very elegant balsamic profile and ends with invigorating acidity.
Winemaking:
Arquivo Douro is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes from the Douro wine region such as Viosinho, Verdelho, and Rabigato. After 2 days of a macerated process, the wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels where it has subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Arquivo Douro is a complex, rich and fresh white wine. Despite being dominated by a citrus bouquet, it presents notes of dried fruits, orange blossom aromas, involved in balsamic notes. Its texture is creamy and light, along with a very delicate mineral structure and acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
