Winemaking:
Cold fermentation technology on reductive environment, with controlled temperature at about 16ºC. Very gentle crushing and pressing in an inert atmosphere to preserve all the aromatic potential of grapes. Ageing for 4 months in stainless steel vats.

CV Douro is a complex, velvety and intensely aromatic white wine. Displays floral notes, and fresh citrus fragrances, predominating aromas of tangerine peel, apricot and passion fruit. It is a creamy white wine, which has balsamic notes, well-defined minerality and very elegant acidity.
Quinta do Valdoeiro is a white wine from the region of Bairrada packed with exotic fruit aromas as passion fruit and nuances of fresh pineapple. It has a silky structure with soft mineral hints. It's a fresh wine with a wonderful acidity.
Conde Ervideira Reserva is a fantastic and fresh white wine from the Alentejo Region and it presents tropical aromas with several citrus notes. It was named the best white wine in the world and in fact, it is a wine of an impressive aromatic complexity, unctuous and velvety body, full of minerality, acidity, and a great freshness.
Herdade do Sobroso Anas is a very elegant, young white wine with irreverent citric aromas. It presents a very interesting creaminess in the mouth, notes of white peel fruits, and nuance of orange peel. It is a white wine from the Alentejo wine region, mineral, fresh and with very lively acidity.
Lua Cheia em Vinhas Velhas is a white wine produced in the Douro region that features a velvety body with an elegant structure. The aromas of ripe citrus fruits and subtle floral fragrances stand out, and it features a very poised acidity and well integrated into their balsamic notes.
Bacalhôa Chardonnay is a rich and mineral white wine, with predominant notes of peach and pineapple, typical of the chardonnay variety, combined with small touches of toast. In the mouth, it is concentrated, with an imposing acidity and a mineral touch. The finish is full and persistent.
