Dona Sacha Vinha da Avarenta is a white wine produced with white grapes of Cerceal Branco, Malvasia Fina, and Bical from the Dão wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed in stainless steel vats, for 6 months, where it was in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled. It has aged into the bottle for 12 months prior to having been released.

Dona Sacha Vinha da Avarenta is an elegant and solid white wine, with a rich citrus structure and a velvety texture. It has a polished body, very fine minerality and wonderful tropical acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Frei Joao Classico is a sublime white wine, extraordinarily balanced and tense. Displays well-highlighted citric notes, vegetable fragrances and hints of vanilla and delicate wood. It is a complex white wine, with a mineral core and delicious acidity.
It has a bright, citrine appearance. The aroma is fruity, with hints of tropical fruits and a flowery character. In the mouth, it confirms all the expectations created by the intense aroma, well balanced, this wine is dry, complex and persistent.
Pera Manca is a white wine from the Alentejo with citrus aromas and yellow bark fruit, ripe melon and lemon. It has plenty of complexity attesting well the aromatic balance with the persistent acidity. It's a bold round wine with freshness a long finish.
