Herdade do Sobroso Anas is an elegant red wine, very aromatic and delicate. It is a red wine from the Alentejo that presents delicious aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of freshly ground spices, delicate floral notes, juicy tannins and very soft acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Sobroso Anas is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, and Aragonez planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has stayed for 6 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with the lees, prior to being bottled.

Herdade do Sobroso Anas is a red wine with a rich and elegant aromatic profile. It displays notes of ripe red fruits, still young and vibrant, with delicate floral notes, hints of fresh spices and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
