Lagar dos Perdigões Reserva is an aromatically rich red wine with good tannic structure and enormous freshness. It displays ripe notes of black and red fruits along with fantastic balsamic nuances, solid and fleshy tannins, and elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Lagar dos Perdigões Reserva is a red wine produced in the Alentejo wine region with red grapes of Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, and Touriga Nacional. After fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained in contact with fine lees for 12 months, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Lagar dos Perdigões Reserva is an intensely fruity red wine, structurally very rich and aromatically complex. It displays predominantly notes of ripe red fruits, with extraordinary balsamic aromas of vanilla, toasted dried fruit and spices, along with sublime acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
