Discordia Reserva is a complex red wine, rich in aromatic concentration and very elegant. It presents a delicate core, flanked by aromas of ripe red fruits, showing notes of ripe figs and field raspberries. It presents balsamic notes of great quality, good minerality, silky and succulent tannins and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Discordia Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Franca, and Touriga Nacional planted in the Alentejo wine region. The grapes were vinified at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats prior to being subjected to a long maceration. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, where it was stayed in contact with the lees and subjected to regular stirring, prior to being filtrated and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Discordia Reserva is a full-bodied, complex, intensely aromatic and structurally very balanced red wine. It presents complexity in the aromas, harmoniously involving notes of ripe red fruits with balsamic nuances, notes of dry tobacco leaf and dark chocolate. Showing silky and juicy tannins, delicious freshness and elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
