Fagote Grande Reserva Vinhas Velhas is an extremely elegant red wine from the Douro region, with notes of red and black fruits. It is mineral and full bodied but balanced with very well integrated wood touches.
Winemaking:
Fagote Grande Reserva Vinhas Velhas is a red wine produced from autochthones field blend red grape varieties from the Douro Region. After a fully de-stemmed the must are submitted to a long maceration. The fermentation occurred in granitic stone tanks, at a controlled temperature. The wine was then transferred to French oak barrels where it has stayed in contact with fine lees for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Fagote Grande Reserva Vinhas Velhas is a red wine that presents a very attractive ruby color, very mineral notes and aromas of red and black fruit. In the mouth, it is round and full-bodied, with notes of wood to appear very well integrated making the wine extremely well balanced.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.
