Alijo Reserva is a fruity red wine with complex aromas. Boasting a rich bouquet of wild berries, it displays notes of blackberries, cherries, and blueberries, along with a delicate floral fragrance, balsamic notes, and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Alijo Reserva is a red wine made from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Franca red grape varieties planted in the Douro wine region. After fermentation, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained for 6 months prior to being bottled.

Alijo Reserva is a red wine with complex aromas and surprising freshness. It displays an open bouquet dominated by flavours of ripe wild berries, high-quality balsamic notes, and a floral perfume, finishing with fruity, velvety tannins and elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
