Balluta Syrah is an elegant, fruity, and intensely aromatic red wine. Displaying a deep ruby color, it presents aromas of ripe forest fruits and subtle balsamic notes. Of great complexity and velvety tannins, it finishes with mineral notes and a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Balluta Syrah is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, which occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, a partial part was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, for 12 months, prior to being blended and bottled.

Balluta Syrah is a red wine that presents intensely aromatic fruity aromas, predominantly of ripe wild berries such as blackberries and blueberries, floral notes and delicate balsamic hints. It is a velvety red wine with seductive tannins and very well-balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
