Textura Pura is a wonderful, complex and delicate red wine from the Dão wine region. It presents itself harmoniously, with a fresh aromatic bouquet in which the aromas of red fruits predominate, such as cherry and currant, wild red fruits, and a balsamic note. With silky and succulent tannins, it presents impassioned minerality and very refined acidity.
Winemaking:
Texture Pura is a red wine produced from red grapes from old vines from the Dão wine region, such as Alfrocheiro, Baga Jaen, Tinta Pinheira and Tinto-Cão. After the harvest, the grapes were macerated in oak vats, before being pressed, for 72 hours. After the fermentation process, at controlled temperatures, the wine was transferred to a used French oak vat and as well, into used French oak barrels where it was subjected to regular agitation for 16 months before being bottled.

Alfrocheiro, Baga Jaen, Tinta Pinheira, Tinto-Cão.

Textura Pura is a red wine from the Dão region that presents a fantastic balance between its tannic structure and aromatic vivacity. It presents delicate notes of red fruits, mixed with nuances of ripe black fruits, such as cherries and ripe figs, delicately flanked by delicious balsamic notes. It shows character and delicacy in its tannins, which are silky and juicy, with a lot of freshness in its bouquet and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
