Taboadella Alfrocheiro Reserva is an intensely structured, complex and aromatic red wine. It presents exuberance in the aromas of ripe red fruits, accompanied by notes of vanilla, spices and elegant and fruity tannins. It is a fresh, velvety red wine, very elegant and with very fine acidity.
Winemaking:
Taboadella Alfrocheiro Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alfrocheiro from the Dao wine region. After the pressing process, the wine fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, 50% of the blend was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained in contact with the lees for 7 months, and the rest remained in stainless steel vats, prior to the wine has been decanted, filtered and bottled.

Taboadella Alfrocheiro Reserva is a complex and exuberantly aromatic red wine. It presents density in its structure, intensity in its flavours of ripe red fruits, velvety texture, minerality and firm, juicy tannins and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
