Herdade Aldeia de Cima Reserva is a wide and rich red wine from the Alentejo wine region, marked by its deeply and intensity of aromas. It is a red wine that has a tannic roughness well marked by mineral notes, combined with sweet balsamic notes, black chocolate and vanilla together with elegant acidity and a lot of freshness.

Herdade Aldeia de Cima Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Trincadeira, Alfrocheiro, and Aragonez from the wine region of Alentejo. The wine was subjected to a long maceration process, for 14 days, where it has been continuously and carefully remounted and where the wine has fermented, at controlled temperatures. 30% of the batch has stayed for 9 months, in used's French oak barrels, 20% in new's French oak barrels, 30% in small cement vats, and 20% in clay amphoras prior to being blended, filtrated and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Herdade Aldeia de Cima Reserva is an elegant and powerful red wine, rich in intensity and aromatic complexity. It highlights ripe black fruits in its bouquet, combined with notes of spices and vanilla. It presents somewhat rustic and mineral tannins, along with delicious vanilla fragrances and highly polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 18ºC.
Quinta do Corujao M.O.B. Alfrocheiro is an open, fresh red wine with enormous aromatic intensity and a mineral character of the Dão region. Presents in its core minerals notes, such as rock and humid soil, along with delicious aromas of ripe red fruits and an extraordinary acidity.
Adega de Borba Premium is an opulent and rich red wine from the Alentejo region, of an exuberant elegance, with notes of fine fragrances of mint and basil and full of aromas of ripe black fruits. It features very round and soft tannins, great aromatic intensity and a delicious acidity.
Herdade das Servas Alicante Bouschet is an aromatically complex, intense and rich red wine. It presents enormous density and subtlety, highlighting flavours of ripe black fruit in its bouquet. It displays aromas of black plums, ripe figs and cherries, accompanied by delicate floral nuances, balsamic aromas and very polished acidity.
Paço dos Infantes Trincadeira is a complex and rich red wine. Presenting itself robust and elegant, in the mouth, it shows aromas of wild red fruits, floral aromas, and hints of spices. It is a mineral wine, very balanced and elegant and that ends with polished acidity.
Quinta do Vallado Sousão is an extravagantly fragrant red wine from the Douro region with huge juicy fruits and concentration. It has fruits in all over its core, with a mineral structure surrounded by juicy tannins and an impressive acidity.
Poeira Vinha da Torre is a red wine produced in the Douro wine region with red grapes from a vineyard over 70 years old. Poeira Vinha da Torre red wine has a dark purple colour denouncing an intense concentration and complexity. On the nose, it is opulent, with aromas of ripe black fruits, spices and balsamic fragrances ending with balanced acidity.
