Herdade das Servas Unoaked is a rich red wine, intensely aromatic, with pure and clean aromas. It displays a bouquet rich in ripe red fruit flavours, such as plums, figs and cherries, along with delicate floral fragrances and mineral notes. It presents silky tannins, full of density ending with very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade das Servas Unoaked is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, and Alfrocheiro planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to small stainless steel vats for 8 months, where it stayed in contact with lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Herdade das Servas Unoaked is an elegant, rich and intensely aromatic wine. It presents clean aromas of ripe red fruit, vegetable and mineral notes, floral nuances and very delicate and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
