Mocho Galego Signature is a structured red wine, which has good aromatic intensity and extraordinary balance. It displays aromas of wild red fruits, balsamic notes, spices and vanilla, flavours of blackberries and currants and well-defined acidity.
Winemaking:
Mocho Galego Signature is a red wine produced with red grapes of Aragonez, and Syrah planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to American oak barrels for 6 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Mocho Galego Signature is a complex, fresh, elegant and aromatically very balanced red wine. It displays aromas of wild fruits, highlighting flavours of ripe blackberries, cherries and currants, along with notes of spices and vanilla. It also presents velvety and delicate tannins, freshness from rock rose notes and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
