Zom Touriga Nacional Grande Reserva is an elegant, fresh and exuberant red wine from the Douro wine region. Featuring an open and expressive aromatic bouquet with ripe black fruit aromas, it is displayed with fresh, mineral with soft notes of wood and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Zom Touriga Nacional Grande Reserva is a red wine, produced exclusevely with autocthonous red grapes of Touriga Nacional in the Douro wine region. After a short maceration of 2 days, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for further 20 days. 80% of the batch has trasferred to French oak barrels, for 12 months, in contact of fine lees where it has been subjected to a regular stirring, and the other part has stayed in stainless steel tanks prior to being blended. The wine has stayed for one year in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Zom Touriga Nacional Grande Reserva is a red wine with intense aromas of ripe black fruits, fresh fruit, balsamic nuances, spices, and notes of minerality. It has soft, round tannins, succulent and elegant along with extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
