For the production of this red wine from the Dão Region, Grão Vasco Red Wine 2015, grapes were harvested manually followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to fermentation vats with controlled temperature with frequent reruns. The fermentation lasted for about 5 days along with a skin maceration. The wine staged in stainless steel tanks until bottling where it remained 6 months until its commercialization.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Pinheira.
Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Quinta do Coa Reserva is an organic red wine from the Douro region, elegant, polished, with mineral notes such as rock and humid soil very well integrated into notes of ripe red fruits such as raspberries, red cherries, and cassis. Of solid and austere tannins, it also features a delicious acidity.
Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores is a red wine from the renowned wine producer of Dão, Casa de Santar. This is a firm and elegant wine with notes of berries and red fruits. In the mouth, it is fruity and soft but equally well structured, with a balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
