Tapada das Lebres Signature is an aromatic and complex red wine from the Alentejo wine region. It displays aromas of ripe black fruits, such as plums, and figs and wild berries such as blackberries. With fruity and velvety tannins, it presents very balanced freshness and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Tapada das Lebres Signature is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Aragonez, and Alicante Bouschet planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French and American oak barrels for 8 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Tapada das Lebres Signature is a red wine of great aromatic quality from the Alentejo wine region. It displays a very structured profile of firm and velvety tannins. In the mouth, it presents notes of very ripe black fruits and wild berries with balsamic nuances and very well-balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
