Vicentino Pinot Noir is a red wine produced with red grapes from Pinot Noir planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in French oak vats, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has transferred to French oak barrels, for 10 months, in contact with lees, where it was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vicentino Pinot Noir is a red wine of great quality. It is structured, with volume and intensely aromatic, showing aromas of ripe red fruits, floral notes, and balsamic nuances. It presents mineral notes, saline notes, soft and structured tannins, and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
Guiyot is an impressively elegant, concentrated Douro red wine with an unparalleled and delicious aromatic intensity. It expresses notes of ripe black fruits, some aromas of wild red fruits, minerality, and freshness. With opulent and austere tannins, it combines extraordinary baslsamic notes with sublime acidity.
Castas Escondidas is an elegant and complex red wine from the Douro wine region. It presents intense aromas of red fruits, balsamic and truffled notes involved in velvety and solid tannins. It is a mineral and round red wine, with a closed aromatic bouquet and polished acidity.
Quinta da Pacheca is a markedly aromatic, elegant, mineral and fresh red wine from the Douro wine region. It is a ripe red wine, with aromas of ripe red fruits, mineral notes, fragrances to violets, light balsamic note and very balanced acidity.
Dense ruby color. Intense aroma with the presence of fruits like plum, well integrated with notes of vanilla and spices. A velvety body, with well-present fruit, in a wine with a balanced volume and acidity. Fresh and persistent finish.
Cortes de Cima has produced this wine using Petit Verdot grapes, natives from Bordeaux, in the hot Alentejo climate. The wine is plenty of density, super-ripe black fruit flavours, full of juicy berry and black plums notes. It has freshness, complexity, spices hints and firm and solid tannins.
Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva is a red wine with a huge density and a wonderful bouquet of dark fruit aromas, as black plums and black cherries. It has a very well integrated oak notes with its acidity. It features lively ripe tannins, with violet, cedar and mineral aromas that linger in a very persistent finish.
