Poente is an elegant and clean red wine, with an intense ruby colour and clear, crystalline aromas. It has aromas of ripe black fruits, berries and raspberries. It is a full, velvety and mineral red wine, with silky tannins and very smooth acidity.
Winemaking:
Poente is a red wine produced from red grapes of Sousão, Touriga Franca, and Touriga Nacional from the Douro wine region. After the harvest, the grapes macerated in stainless steel tanks before being pressed, for 14 days. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures, the wine was subjected to regular stirring, for 9 months, prior to being bottled.

Sousão, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Poente is a full red wine, full of aromas of ripe black fruit, velvety and intensely aromatic. It presents an elegant bouquet with notes of violets and berries along with soft and delicate tannins and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
