Winemaking:
For the production of this red wine from the region of Dão, Casa de Santar Reserve Red Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to fermentation vats with controlled temperature with frequent reruns. The fermentation lasted for about 5 days along with a skin maceration. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 10 months until bottling where it remained 6 months until its commercialization.

Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro e Tinta Roriz.

Ruby colour with purple nuances. Complex aromas with floral notes and red fruits. In the mouth it is round with mineral tannins and with a lively acidity. Ends fresh and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
