Valle Pradinhos Reserva has a deep red colour. It has a splendorous nose, it's rich, complex with ripe red and black wild fruits, with some elegant floral notes and a touch of vanilla and spices. It's full-bodied with some fine and silky tannins interlaced by a firm fruit structure. It has a long and persistent ending.
Winemaking:
The Grapes to this Valle Pradinhos Reserva were de-stemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation process occurred at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 20 months and was neither filtered nor cold-stabilized. It may throw a little deposit.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Tinta Amarela, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting Notes:
Valle Pradinhos Reserva is a rich wine. It has a firm tannic structure, bearing sweet-tasting blackberry fruit, with acidity that cuts the tannins.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
