Paço dos Infantes Reserva is a red wine of great aromatic complexity, with an open and mineral bouquet, which comes from the Alentejo wine region. It is a red wine that has a core full of fruit aromas involved in balsamic notes, with intense and smooth tannins and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Paço dos Infantes Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, and Cabernet Sauvignon planted in the Alentejo wine region. The grapes were vinified at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats prior to being subjected to a long maceration. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, with regular stirring, prior to being blended and bottled.

Paço dos Infantes Reserva is a rich, concentrated, and opulent red wine from the Alentejo wine region. Showing intense aromas of ripe red fruits, it presents delicate floral nuances, balsamic aromas, impeccable mouth volume, round and solid tannins, and extremely elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
