Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection Syrah and Alicante Bouschet is a red wine of extraordinary elegance and soft and delicate aromas of ripe black fruits, such as blackberries, cherry and black plum, mixed with soft notes of raspberry. It presents very ripely, elegant and round tannins, with balsamic notes and very polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection Syrah and Alicante Bouschet is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet and Syrah planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 12 months, in contact with lees prior to being blended and bottled.The wine has maturated for 6 months into the bottle.

Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection Syrah and Alicante Bouschet is a red wine of great elegance and impressive aromatic quality. It presents the softness of aromas such as ripe black fruits, the freshness of delicious red wild fruit flavours, and light notes of toast and spices. It is a red wine that has very refined juicy tannins and extraordinarily elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
